Message	Definitely not looking for a money pit. I believe in doing things the right way from the beginning as well. Just from browsing around $6-$7k is seeming to be wishful thinking at this moment. Re-evaluating the budget as we speak. Thanks for the great insight, it is well received. I would build something from the ground up but not here in the DC area. I don't have the resources here that I have elsewhere.
